Hello! I’m Stephanie! I love fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. I have always loved cooking, helping my mom in the kitchen for years. I strive to work on making recipes healthier, more balanced, while continuing to make them tasty. For the past year and a half, my boyfriend, Adam, and I have been trying to turn some of our favorite meals to paleo to avoid the extra grains and associated side effects. The premise behind eating Paleo is to minimize eating highly processed foods, focusing on grass-fed, free range, or wild caught meats and seafood; fresh and seasonal fruits and veggies, and good fats. Eating this way to is help reduce the risk of disease and dysfunction in the body. For this reason, my blog is now dedicated to healthy Paleo friendly meals, treats, and snacks, nutrition research, and fitness and wellness tips .
I found my passion for fitness at a young age, playing sports in high school and then going onto school to become a physical therapist. Now I do both physical therapy and lead fitness classes and I love what I do! I also strive to love life, love others, and most importantly love God. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13) has been truly inspirational throughout my journey through life thus far.
